Keith and I just go back and cleaned up. Fabulous rally, the weather sadly was not with us but the field wasn't quite a mudbath! The Carnival on Saturday night was fantastic. Two hours for about 110 floats to go past all beautifully lit, the work that must have gone into them, wow.

We were welcomed by the stewards Steph and Colin (best cup of tea all
day!) Sadly the heavens opened with liquid sunshine but hey we are made of stern and hardy stuff and the company was well worth the trip.
The camp site was very clean and comfortable, despite the weather and we went driving around as far as Minehead where we are considering a summer (!) holiday next year.

It was a lovely weekend and thank you Steph for mending the hole in my knitting where I dropped a stitch. I am a very novice knitter and a dropped stitch is a sort of disaster for me. Hoping to see you all again next year.
