The thought of stewarding a rally can be very daunting, as any one who has already done it would probably agree, especially the first time. As the weeks drew closer pre rally nerves started to set in. We were to be the sole stewards for the week unlike some rallies with assistants, but I was wrong we had lots of assistants. Each and everyone who attended the rally helped us by making it so easy and pleasurable. We really would like to thank you all and hope you had a good time.

 

We had fairly good weather with only an odd shower, a children's party
organised by Susan and Alan smith as it was there grandson's birthday, and we also had lots of relaxing and socialising with friends old and new.

 
It was great to meet all the new first timers and hope that they will join us again in the future. It was also wonderful to welcome back our Dutch branch after his illness last year. (well done Ronald great to see you doing so good).

If any one is thinking of being a steward give it a go it's not not that bad really, and the nerves were not necessary at all it realy can be fun.
