A wet and windy rally but Dandy spirits were not dampened. There was a fantastic torch lit parade in Kendal on Friday evening and on Saturday there was a trek up Scafell Pike for the hardier members. And by way of compensation for the rain, a double rainbow appeared over the campsite .
