This is the frostiest Dandy meet I have ever attended. We awoke on Saturday morning to find the fire bucket iced over and the whole site white with hoare frost. Still the Dandy soon warmed up once we turned on the heater.
The Dandy factory is within easy distance and on Saturday they held an open day for us, which everyone enjoyed. We also managed a visit to Southport.

In the evening we gathered in the site club room which is a regular country and western venue. Many of the regulars were dressed in costume. We danced alongside cowboys, mexican bandits, spanish ladies and saloon gals. The highlight of the evening was a re-enactment of the Battle of the Alamo.
